Is there anywhere in town that hosts a ‘social’ league? I just moved from Austin, TX where we had “Pong Rock” – it was a great way to meet people, play at a casual-intermediate level and have fun above winning. I live nearby Happy Village, but it doesn’t seem like anything organized goes on there, does it?

I found out about two great places. Net&Paddle, https://www.facebook.com/pages/Net-Paddle-Club/117719988255074, playing every weekday evening from about 8pm. And TableTennisChicago, https://www.facebook.com/pages/Table-Tennis-Chicago/347428694636?fref=ts&ref=br_tf, playing on Saturday afternoons. I highly recommend both. Players there might suggest some other good places but to me these were quite satisfying.

Is there anything in the Oak Brook area?

  15. Peter Mbinglo says:

I play table tennis at the Chinatown table tennis club. It is not affiliated with USATT but you can play all day all night provided you have access to the club house and someone to play with. If you are looking to better your game, this is a place to play. Membership is $30 or $35 a month and it is not the best place for beginners.

  16. Daniel Gordon says:

Just to keep this page a little up to date, I can verify that
    -Net and Paddle Club
    -Weber Table Tennis

Are all still operational and the information seems to be valid. Weber park seemed to have the best facility (there is AC).

  17. Alison says:

Is it the one with only two tables on the top floor?
